Returns & Refund Policy

Product Returns

Within 7 business days from the delivery date, you may request a return for your order as long as the package remains:

  • Unopened
  • Sealed
  • In original condition

This policy applies only to eligible non-temperature-sensitive products.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Pure 1 Wellness does not provide return labels unless:
    • The wrong product was shipped, or
    • The product arrived damaged

Free return labels are only provided in those situations.

Peptide Return Restrictions

Due to their sensitivity to:

  • Temperature
  • Sunlight
  • Handling conditions

Pure 1 Wellness does not accept returns for peptide products.

If you are ordering for the first time and are unsure about product compatibility or quality expectations, we recommend placing a smaller initial order.

Return Processing

A valid return tracking number is required for all approved returns.

Once the return is received and confirmed by our warehouse:

  1. Our team will inspect the returned products
  2. The return eligibility will be reviewed
  3. Approved refunds will be processed accordingly
  4. You will be notified once processing is complete

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee per product may be deducted from the total refund amount for eligible returns.

Invalid Reasons for Returns

The following reasons are not considered valid for returns:

  • Improper use of products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or mishandling
  • Failure to follow recommended handling procedures
